For the first time ever, Ford is preparing to debut its all-electric truck. They took their most iconic and best-selling truck and made it electric to off-set any harmful emissions that it emits into the air as you drive around.

You might be worried that an electric truck would lose some of the power that its powertrain puts out, but this is not so in the Ford F-150 Lightning. There are two battery packs that you can choose from that gives more horsepower than the 2021 Ford F-150 gas-powered engines. The extended battery pack gives you 563 horsepower for a lot of accelerating power. It can also tow up to 10,000 pounds. If you haul a lot of work tools or sheetrock with a bed that can handle up to 2,000 pounds. Around the vehicle, there is 18.8 cubic feet of cargo space for your shopping or luggage bags and groceries.
